专家简介:山东省农业科学院农产品研究所研究员、山东省泰山学者海外特聘专家、山东省农业科学院学科带头人。他的研究领域横跨生物技术、分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学、分析化学和食品科学等学科。获得了来自加拿大和中国的多项奖励和荣誉，是美国植物生物学家学会、加拿大植物生理学家学会、中国医药创新联盟等的会员。当前研究兴趣：从药用植物、果蔬和油料作物中开发用于预防和辅助治疗癌症，痛风，II型糖尿病等疾病的功能性食品。
